Contractor Management

Where contractors are engaged to carry out works on the building, we help ensure that appropriate documentation is maintained and that contractors are coordinated effectively.

This includes monitoring the progress of works and assisting directors in reviewing contractor proposals.

We assist directors in coordinating planned maintenance activities where appropriate, helping ensure buildings are maintained responsibly over the long term.
